An apple before it's turned, raw nuts and steely minerals. Fruit shows ripe on palate without giving up any of the acidity. This mouth feel is dope.

Brilliant accompaniment to a poor man’s/weekday chicken with mushrooms in cream/wine. Slightly oxidative, beautiful nose of nuts, salinity, lemon rind (?). The stuff that makes you like a regular Thursday evening.
