Nov 20th, 2018Bruised apple and Asian pear as well as an interesting “Japanese fruit candy” smell! Some Brett and VA, it most problematic was the weak finish and lack of acidity.

Nov 17th, 2018Incredible. Spends 3 years sous-voile but just a hint of oxidation/nuttiness on the finish. Pure citrus fruit with so much mouth-coating texture. Wine is still super fresh. This could go another 5-10 years easily. Wish I had another bottle.
