Top Notes For
The bottle says "Small production, artisanal Muscadet from extremely mineral-laden soil. Crisp and refreshing with great cut and length." (What the heck is "cut") Wine Cask wine of the month $9.99. ABV 12. Really quite nice. Better than many Muscadet. Good balance, actual flavor and mouth feel. Stood up to hot dogs. Would be fine with seafood. (Edit: The 2015 is just as good. Who knows, maybe even better. And it is wonderful with seafood. Used it to steam some mussels and make a creamy sauce. This is a very nice wine.)
