This is a naturally cloudy wine. Totally unique with an intense green fresh and slightly bitter almost raw finish. I can not express how well this goes with asparagus/fish. Had this as a treat dinner at a Michelin restaurant and liked the uniqueness so much bought a bottle to take home!
