The '14 Michael David Symphony is frizzante in the glass, showing some fine bubbles around the rim. The golden color looks nice, while the nose gives up some muted apricot and lanolin notes. There is a savory aroma that cuts right down the middle. On the palate, things get kinda sweet, with apples and lemons - but the acidity is fresh and zippy. The finish brings to mind a margarita, go figure.

Tropical, fresh nose. Pineapple and lime flavors are overwhelming. Not syrupy sweet, but very candy like. Would be ok with very spicy food.

100% Symphony. Sweet but with moderate acid. Not syrupy. Needs spicy Thai food, I couldn't drink it by itself.

First time tasting symphony, an Olmo crossing of Muscat d'Alexandrie and Grenache Gris. Clean, floral, full bodied and a touch off-dry. Refreshing for the first glass on a hot day. Gets cloying pretty quickly. My grandma would love this and pair it with a Misty 120.

Bought while tasting at the winery and finally enjoyed a glass. Light, refreshing, crisp and deliciously delightful that we would highly recommend. Just sweet enough to wet your palate.
