Very complex and very enjoyable
From ripe pear to apricot and nectarines which strangely I find quite sour(?).
Lemon tart, litchee, ashes, ginger, nutmeg, almonds, mushrooms, soy sauce and white liquorice. It feels like umami. Very persistent. Very unusual is that this wine feels fresh, but sweet at the same time. Unfined and unfiltered.
It just won some young guns award here down under. I definitely like it. 👍

Bibo tasting - straight acidity, medium plus. Oak notes on the nose (toast) but very light on the palate. No petrol. Great floral notes. A must have
