Good juice. Tart and lean. Pomegranate and stone. Dry chalky tannins on the finish which I don’t love but don’t mind too much either. Originally had this wine slightly chilled in summer with tacos-and think that’s where it shows best-but it can also hold its own with slow braised duck and a fall kale salad.
