Sincronia Mallorca Blanc Chardonnay Blend

This was fun. Worked well with my coconut milk seafood stew.

A gritty white wine that's lemon citrus forward but a salty mineral fizz finishes if off. The finish could be a bit smoother, but it's a good wine.

Beeswax, sherry notes on the nose and palette. Lush and full finishing very dry.

Medium to low acidity, good iodic component #baleares

2016, nice freshness, bit too much alcohol taste afterwards
