Cellar time has done wonders for this. It is really settling in nicely. Deep burgundy color, lots of cherries with cinnamon and baking spice. Weighty. This is approachable and terrific now, but would be better served with some more time in the cellar. It will only improve. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this go 7-10 more years.

Little something special for our anniversary. Cherry, spice. Some cinnamon notes. Gripping finish. Good focus but still needs some time to come together. Terrific, but not the best of the '12s.
