A superlative SB, this wine strikes a perfect balance between creaminess and citric tang, while still being light bodied enough to pair with almost anything.

Pale yellow. There’s a ton of passion fruit on the nose, followed by aromas of grapefruit, lychee nuts, oranges, hay, and almonds. It has some weight on its body with an astringent mouthfeel and harsh acidity. There’s flavors of green peppers, celery, grapefruit and lime. It finishes with lime, celery, and again that harsh acidity. It’s good, not great, Sauvignon Blanc for the price.
