Feb 23rd, 2018There's a decent bit of acid here like you would find in a sauv blanc, it's not overly fatty either with a medium body. A little bit of oak influence where vanilla and lemon zest come out as spices. Tangerine palate notes are perfectly ripe and the most noticeable flavor; new world fruity wine. There's a faint secondary tropical note like coconut oil or papaya here. Alcohol is slightly rough (my only beef). Another year and this could be a heavier and even cooler wine
