Magnum made a big difference and served with superb rare beef.
Pure Malbec nose, rich plum and dark fruit, mid intensity but far reaching. The palate was super smooth, no tannin but didn't suffer from it, just enough acid to bind it, elegant, graceful and all encompassing.
Second stage was pure indulgence, gently flowing into a long , fruitful, long hill walk in Mendoza finish.
