A rare opportunity to try a bottle of a one barrel only lot from my good friends at Momento Mori. All of this vineyard normally would have been blended into their flagship wine but it was so outstanding in 2012, a vintage for the decades, they decided to keep one barrel separate and use it to help generate a 5 case lot that sold for $45,000 at Premiere Napa Valley this weekend. Congratulations to Adriel, Adam and the gang.
