I see all of the notes referencing Alsace and don't see it. This is more spatlese trocken with a slight shrill, green note for me. Definitely impressive for west coast Riesling.

The nose screams Germany, but there's a bit more body. Dynamic tension between sweet & high acidity. Well done!

Rich, thick, smooth. Very enjoyable.
Not fruity, but not light or bright either.
