Cherry, almond, a bit of heat, hay , a bit of an earthy thing comes lurking around too. Very nice and inviting nose. The palate is a little bit unbalanced toward acidity but has a nice matter with a nice width. A tight grip on the sides and a soft touch, almost silky. A bright cherry is dancing all along the acid backbone. Cool joyful tannins before a long fruity finish with the same almost silky touch that goes on for a long time. Cool wine, maybe a tad too young

Well balanced, smooth, ripe fruits and high levels of concentration. But we drunk this way too young! Leave for a good 5-10 years I think so the fruit starts to develop those dried, figgy aromas. High acidity, supple tannins - probably won't be a blockbuster but sure to be very good

Balanced with a nice line of acid. Partnered it up a steak with mushroom and truffle sauce.
