Prosa Pinot Noir Rosé

Appearance: deep, strawberry juice coloured, clear.
Nose: medium intensity, youthful, with funk (vomit), umami.
Taste: effervescent, off-dry, light bodied, fresh acidity, low dry tannins with notes of peach, green apple (ripe), and a medium finish.

This was different! I really liked it; made a good Xmas morning sip. Dry and crisp, with ripe, ripe raspberry and strawberry. Grass too

What a delightful surprise! Was not expecting the effervescence! Bright strawberries and brioche!
