Lemon, lemon, string beans, and wet rocks on the nose. Green apple, lemonade, white pepper, lime juice, and salty. Makes my mouth water! It’s clean, acidic, but has a sweetness and savouriness that helps fill it out. Reminds me of a slightly fuller muscadet I recently had.
