Lime zest, citrus pulp, ripe apricot, fresh sliced melon, off-dry, med + acidity. Gold, honeyed. Nice with seared mahi mahi. Even stood up to a burger.

Jul 19th, 2017Beautiful Pinot Gris fermented on the skins. Sour with a very unique mouthfeel. Not super dry but had a great balance of flavors.

Clean, crisp. Nice stone fruit. Lighter bodied for a Pinot Gris.
