Delicious pet-nat with pear, apple, savory flavors and fun drinking. This is the third bottle, so it’s good.

Peachy nectarines. Fun easy drinking as always. The tag says Germany but these wines are from Austria.

This wine is bangin'. Celery, white grape, slightly sweet, pineapple, tropical smell. Fantastic.

Acid, citrus, floral and effervescent.

A salty acid bomb. Some herbal undertones and lime notes rising above it all. The acids settle down after about 30 min, but still very prominent throughout the bottle.
