Local Squeeze Niagara Peninsula Riesling

Unpleasant smell and an odd flavor I couldn’t place. I didn’t spit it out though.

Great Riesling for sharing with friends or the matching foods. You won't be disappointed. If you have a chance drop into their winery for a fantastic view of Niagara from a castle like building on a high point on the escarpment.

This wine has beautiful colour, but aside from that it wasn't one of my favourites. Very strong aroma that I could only describe as "diesel fuel", and a light flavour with an unpleasant bite. Tried as part of my 30th birthday wine tasting.
