Wow! A 2003 that some friends brought back from Hunter Valley. Dark yellow, smells like petrol, cheese rind, mushrooms, curdled cream, and honeycomb. Tastes like burnt sugar, sautéed mushrooms, cheese rind, toasted marshmallow, petrol. Jasmine flower. So interesting.

I was surprised to find this wine so deeply coloured. Semillon from the hunter continues to blow my mind on the level of viscosity and depth of flavour it manifests with less that 11%abv #suitcaseimport
