2016 vintage. Overipe strawberries, blood orange, red plum, candied cranberry (though without any sweetness), some kind of can't-put-my-finger-on-it powdery florals. Definitely dry, with high acidityand great color. Birthday bubbles!

So def crunchy black & red fruits w tea, root, and near licorice ~ I did NOT feel this paired well w red sauce or pizza ~ I would like to try w cured meats & Gorgonzola dishes...

Authentic Italian rambrusco. Light fluffy intake, beautiful mouthfeel, medium to medium plus acidity. I would venture to say that the tannicity is near perfect and the way the bubbles interact with my foreskin is divine. High quality producer but this bottle was clearly a siesta production. Bottled by a lonely Italian man with low T and a firm backhand. Pairs well with fresh cakebread and dip spit
