Lemony, crisp little but herbaceous, lovely and real freshly bottled. Delicious with food, but even better with good friends.

Piri Piri wing night so starting with something basic but gotta say this was a nice surprise. Simple but very well made with dark cherries and a touch of pepper and molasses. Moderately sweet in a good way with a cool grapefruit twist at the end. Not sure how this could kick the Insignia's ass I had last night but it did! $35 with a 60 minute decant.
