I feel compelled to check this out every so often. Last time I tried it, the red had to much r.s., but this is a pleasantly crisp white Rhone blend.

Dry and crisp, with nine of the tinny aftertaste I dislike in rosés in general

Go Texas. Considering Virginia is neck and neck with Texas it shouldn't have taken me this long to get after trying Texas wine. Nice white blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, & Roussane.

This is lower ABV at 13.1%. And aged with it being a 2018. Interesting blend. Marsanne, Piquepoul, Viogner, and Roussane. Golden hue. Pretty color in the glass. Smells like lemons and melons. Hint of the floral sweet pea and such of Viognier on the nose too. Flavors are melon meets orange slice. Plenty of bitter bite. A little like unoaked Chard, but zippier. Hints of whiskey (maybe whiskey sour). This is a very affordable delicious white. One of my first TX wines, but when in Rome (or Austin) drink as the Texans do…

Nose: apple, mineral. Taste: slightly oaky?, apple, lemon, stronger alcohol & tart finish. Slight white grape aftertaste? Rainbow lodge tasting.

47% Roussanne, 21% Viognier, 18% Marsanne, & 14% Piquepoul Blanc. A Rhone-style white from Texas. Soft, rich, & balanced. Flavorful. Off dry.
