This wine is the oaky, buttery, vanilla California style of Chardonnay without much fruit. I really enjoyed it with beef and lamb. An excellent example of this style for those who like that style of Chardonnay and an excellent choice to pair a white wine with meat for a friend who cannot drink red wine. Nice $25 value.
