This example is en-point. A textbook Napa example which is singing now. It presents with substantial notes of coffee, and blueberry pie. Regal tannins, supported by well balanced acidity. Displays weight and density on the palette. Finish extends and expands. No cellaring required.

Much better after another 6-8 months in bottle. Black and blue fruits - almost a ‘meal’ unto itself. Another year or two should serve it well.
