Pale salmon pink with small, persistent bubbles and a quickly dissipating white mousse. Yeasty red berries on the nose. Toasty strawberry and cherry — strongly suggestive of Pinot Noir (variety isn’t indicated) — on the medium palate. Bright acidity, of course. An excellent addition to your sparkling repertoire. Enjoy with brunch fare, seafood, or assorted cheeses and charcuterie. Drink it when you buy it.
