Yarra Valley Syrah

Whole bunch madness, a ripper of a wine, chewy, dense, savoury. On point, love it.

tasted by blind tasting. it has a distinctive green aroms such as eucalyptus. it is not coming from pyrdzine, but come from whole bunch fermentation. I guess that it is harvested earlier than ordinary, and has sharp acidity and green tone.

Best Syrah I have had in Australia so far.
Smells of fresh bell pepper, freshly cut grass. Velvety mouth and a good complexity of flavours between fresh berries and spices. Very soft tanins and a lot of freshness. Great with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, Lebanese food.
