Shinny ruby color. Nose with a green twist (under ripe, feels like tree sap more than green pepper or green leaves), fruit, spices, rocks and clay. On the palate, air does bring a silky side with red berries, cranberries, touch of caramel, metal and rocks. Looks and feel the youngest amongst the wine, which it is. Needs 2-3 to soften a little. Good (88)
Made of Pinot Noir from a vineyard located at 30km from the Pacific Ocean. Aged 8 months in oak barrels. Alcohol level of 13,5% #dansmonverre
