Mauro Sebaste
Parigi Nebbiolo d'Alba
Alba, Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy
Chocolate and gravel aromas. Light bodied. The only flavors I can place are on the finish. Lots of oak: vanilla and anise. I do not taste the notes you would expect from a Nebbiolo wine. If you like Nebbiolo, barbaresco, Barolo, you can find better wines at this price point.

Young, chewy, and delicious. Tar and violets. Firm tannins.

Jan 27th, 2019Easy drinking. Wouldn’t have thought was a Nebbiolo. A little more fruity.

Very complex wine with firms tannins that oddly do not block. Great tar and black fruit.
