Colour: total transparency, very light yellow, almost ethereal Nose:
citrus and minerality as main flavours here. Hints of orchard fruit and stone fruit. Fresh but not overall complex.
Palate: citrus and stone fruit since the first sip, moderately sweet; good balance between acidity and sweetness. Light and silky texture. Very
pleasant and refreshing. Touch of peach ad citrus in the aftertaste. Not too pretentious, but good wine. Good level of minerality overall.
