Quarantine Log, Day 28: I've opened the last wine in my rations, I'm not sure what I'll do after tonight. Maybe I can figure a way to turn my house plants into an alcoholic beverage in the top part of my toilet. Anyway, this is a delicious "goodbye, sweet juice of what dreams are made of, I do hope we meet again..." Also I ran out of food four days ago, so this is hitting me super hard.

burnt caramel, orange peel

Biiig nose of fresh orange peel, with some candied and mineral notes on the backside. The color is pale orange, with a round mouthfeel, with a weird fruit flavor that I can’t quite put my finger on. Some notes of mango, with some light strawberry, with orange and other citrus, but not acidity bite. More creamy and silky, with a light body. Interesting and refreshing!
