Apr 18th, 2018I am marking the 2017 Matthiasson “Loyo from Yolo” as this, as it seems to be similar in concept. I believe Cortese and Vermentino are the stars here.
R - pale straw, clear
N - clean: fresh and canned peach, ripe pear, fruit cup, sliced almond, touch of mineral/wet stone, bee pollen, modest phenolics
B - fresh peaches, canned peaches, almond confirmed, med.minus acid, med. minus body, a touch phenolic, very delicious and food friendly.
