Napa Valley Ribolla Gialla

If there is a better domestic skin-fermented white, I haven't had it. A couple years of age pull out something really special in this wine. Pickled tropical fruits, mushroom, and curry powder.

The trifecta. An orange, earthquake survivor and freaking delicious wine.
Took a bottle for the road.

Love the grip on this. It's like a game of tug o'war in my mouth with a drunk Granny Smith Apple.

Really a nice skin contact ribolla. Would have guessed it was radikon or something similar. Quite grippy, but with great fruit and intensity.

Gold color, orange blossom, apricot, white flower, and oxidized qualities in nose, more apricot, green apple, some pear, and high acidity in palate, clean, silky texture, long finish, 11 percent alcohol. Interesting. Innovative, perfect Monday night orange wine.

First Orange wine! Super cool and fun to drink. Nice minerality and lots of tropical fruit
