Decanted 1 hour prior to tasting, tasted over 3 hours. Soft muted nose, light plum black olive & hint of cedar. French influence! Soft slightly underripe fruit with a plush mid-body and a 20-30 second finish. Holding up well. Not a big overly jammy Napa Cab and a nice drink for a casual evening. I’ll drink the last few by 2021.

Really nice with darker fruits with moderate oak. Lush but not cloying. Balanced with fine tannins.

This must be a bad bottle. Banana notes on the nose. In the mouth it is weak, watery, and flat. No finish at all.

Dry, tannic, and dense. Brambly fruit, tobacco and loamy earth M with juniper. Not quite a lush as I remember but enjoying the austerity

Suckered by the sommelier. Not bad, but not worth the restaurant upcharge

Loads of plum, mild spice, graphite....tannins are starting to integrate really well....a little grippy still but starting to even out to a nice dustiness. Drinks well now and should continue to get better. Great buy on sale at Whole Foods for under $40!
