Fresh cold-pressed red Starburst juice. Light, acidic, unfussy quaffing, and god damn delicious. Served chilled and I wish I had another two to two hundred bottles of it. A new "writing wine" most definitely.

Cherry soda, without the fizz and the sugar.

This is the style of wine I enjoy drinking. Grace, acid, texture, sense of place true balance

Big acidity, minerality, underripe fruit. Delicious and refreshing.

So much fresh red fruit with a slight bitter earthiness which I'm a fan of. Big 👌

Amazing with pork tenderloin and mushroom risotto. Also, surprisingly home made beef jerky.
