So fresh that it’s going to live with its Auntie and Uncle in Bel-Air.

Always a good Coda di Volpe, nice body, stone fruit and some tropical fruit, slightly waxy with minerals and acid, on the finish. Paired with A16's Orecchiette with Rapini (subbed garden grown Kohlrabi and Broccoli) , Calabrian Chiles, and Pecorino.

Ultra mineral wine, volcanic and silicon aroma is prevailing. Some hits of dried white flowers, toast, sour cream and mushrooms.

Grown in the shadow of Vesuvius, this unique, storied wine features a strong minerality somewhere between limestone and flint. In the nose, it smells of lemon and honey with hints of tropical fruit and sea spray. It finishes with a clean, refreshing palate containing citrus and almond notes.

A lot of fun. Acidity balances with fruit. Not super high cutting acidity but balanced. Everyone highly appreciated it. Would recommend
