I almost froze it lol. Not an excellent idea but I am sure it helped the wine to be at its excellence. Clear. The color of a fresh wine,almost brilliant. I catch white flowers of fruit trees on the nose. And earth. Could this be right? It is a round wine. Very fresh though slightly more in the mouth than in the nose. I would drink it every summer night with tzatziki or fresh veggie salad.
