This is a cool ass wine

Mostly cement fermentation, with a portion of skin contact in SS. Lots of honey, citrus, sea breeze, with a weighted mouthfeel.

A touch oxidative and really interesting. Would love to take a while with this one.

Liberality on the nose like snorting chalk, then a blast of peachy fruit on the palate ushering in a return of the liberality. Dusty, dry and long on the palate. Great with spicy food

My wine committee will not like this wine.

Mineral, pears and citrus. Weighty and delicious.
