Classic deep black and blue fruit barossa nose. Mouth coating, concentrated and rich on the oalate but with decent acidity and structure to give overall balance. Very long, punching well above its weight.

A bit too cooked for my liking. But it was complex and had amazing power. :)

Full bodied , blackcurrant scent and taste , dark ruby color with lots of 'tears' on the glass ... Hot chilly and blackberry aftertaste ... A bit tart for some palates ... For me, perfect for hard matured cheese. Barossa valley does not stop surprising me with theirs Shiraz :)
