Beautiful Priorat. Paired with Ropa Vieja. Loads of dark fruit and berries on the nose. The palate is lovely with a lengthy finish of brambly fruits, baking spices and some earthy notes.

A bit tight & never opened after more than an hour. A medium body 50% Grenache & 4 other grapes. Missing some spices perhaps.
