Ripe aroma. Full of black fruit and a touch of spice. Changing with air into a more nuanced version of itselt. Very satisfying

May 21st, 2017Rich. Ripe blueberry, black cherry. Well integrated. Does amarone age? This is delicious but has none of the hallmarks I associate with aging potential. I'd love to see what happens when the fruit flavors take more of a backseat and the secondary flavors come through.
