Interesting dominate Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Dark Red with black berry fruit aromas with a jolt of spice. This full body wine shows plum and blackberry flavors, lively acidity and spicy tones. Rich mouth feel with smooth tannins. The finish ends with oak and espresso notes. Nice offering, but I thought the 2012 was better. Tasting Sample.

Let this breath at least 30 minutes, full hour if you can wait. Definitely a two bottle drinkablity rating.

This is a great wine for $25. Reminds me of a right bank Bordeaux.
Black and blue fruits along with tobacco, leather, and cedar.
If this was from Bordeaux it would easily be around 50 or so dollars.

Of course the winner of the $10 wine challenge was the $20 bottle.
