2012 vintage. International Challenge Silver Medal 2014 Wine award. On first opening the tannins are firm, the fruit flavor is forward but neither overpowers. red fruit flavors, chocolatey. It smoothed out and is quite soft after breathing. Nice everyday wine, definitely a good value.
