Decent Cab Franc from mascota vineyards. I like their cab Sauvignon a lot and then decided to try their Franc. Black pepper, tomato and caramel notes with strawberry finish on the palate. I should’ve had left it airing a bit more. The down side is that it is a bit too astringent for my taste.

Fruity but balanced, complex for the price. Definitely will buy again for a big bouquet, big finish, classic cab franc.
