Powerful, robust. Don’t try drinking this without a big juicy steak. Definitely decant at this age because there’s a fair amount of sediment. Give it plenty of breathing time.

Really incredible wine. Enjoyed with a rich steak meal and it held up well to the food. Opens up beautifully, medium to high tannins, red fruit comes to the forefront after opening. A bit of tobacco smokiness. Solid complex Motepulciano. Will re-buy.
