Dark fruit, gamey/meaty nuances, lots of spice and herbs and grip on the palate. Supporting tannines, as in: not overbearing. Excellent balance.
Probably could last another 3-5 yrs.

Tastes great. Not a long finish. Some smokiness and deep red fruit, light on tannins. Bold enough for steak but soft enough for grilled fish

Still very compact and concentrated, black pepper, brambly fruit, dried sausages, blood, kirsch, some farmyardy funk. Strong alcoholic component. Lots of potential here.
