This is fabulous. Perfect for grilled meats. Mourvèdre and Syrah. Tannic and earthy with backbone of good fruit.

1st taste I could tell this needed time. Very tight. After 1 hour of decanter, it was just about ready. Opened up a bit with rich dark berry, spice, and complex earthy flavor. Give this wine a bit more to decant and it should be remarkable.

Tobacco, aged blackberry-plum-fig jam.
Green tea tannins, mingled with herbs de Provence.
Drinking good now.
