Xarello is one of those grapes I feel a kinship with. Clearly, I must have lived in Catalonia in a previous life. A waxy, honeycomb explosion with sea salt. It held up to a fried prawn head with chorizo.

Zesty, lemony, this wine is complex with a burst of citrus flavors. It is strong on the palette and I would recommend drinking it chilled. Good color and a lovely fragrance.
