Angeline Vineyards Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc

2014v. Grapefruit, gooseberries, and a little grass. Kind of flabby acidity. 13.8% ABV. Better SBs for the money.

Fruity on front end but not sweet. Perfectly good for a $12 bottle of wine.

Fruity citrus ,lemon and grapefruit slightly tart..

Quaffable and citrusy. Easy.

1st Russian River Valley Sav Blanc. Nice. A little sweeter than the Marlboroughs we like, but not unbalanced. A little peach on the front, nice acid & minerally finish. Had it with seared shrimp & mushroom risotto and went together quite well.

Quaffable! Was supposed to be paired with spicy chicken... May have been finished while it cooked...

Good citrus notes. Crisp and easy. Excellent with spicy sushi rolls.
